If you’re part of our consulting team then wherever possible you will work in-line with the policy of your client because to deliver the true value it’s important you become an integrated part of the client team.
Typically this means 1-2 days on-site per week but it can be less/more frequent and it tends to depend on the project phase.
Wherever possible we will try to align our projects with your personal preferences and of course we would love to see you in the Cloudscaler office whenever you would like to come in.
We hire people from all corners of the country, in fact, we feel it’s an advantage to hire cloud experts in locations that aren’t possible for our clients.
If you’re starting with us as a graduate, you’ll be asked to work from the office throughout your graduate training, it’s easier to learn when you’re sat with an experienced consultant.
If you’re part of the Cloudscaler operations team we ask you to work in the London office for a minimum of two days per week because we’re a more effective team if we spend regular time together.
We recognise that in-person interaction is an essential part of building high-performing teams, we hold quarterly company meetings for the whole team.
